Cobalt on 32nd has a unique townhome style design and each
home includes an attached garage which provides direct access to the interior.
Each home is a two story design, and there are no neighbors residing above or
below, providing for extra privacy. Enjoy your morning coffee on your spacious
balcony! We also offer an array of lovely amenities including a sparkling pool
and spa, firepit and outdoor kitchen.
What are the hours for the pool and outdoor kitchen?
Our residents are welcome to utilize the amenities at any
time, provided they are respectful after quiet hours which begin at 10:00 PM.
Is the community gated?
Cobalt on 32nd has limited access gates that close nightly
at 7:00 PM and open in the morning at 7:00 AM. Our residents are each provided
with a remote control for convenient access.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow up to Two pets per apartments. Restrictions
and Deposits apply.
What if I am disturbed by noise after office hours?
We utilize an on-call after hours Courtesy Patrol company
that will respond to any disturbances after hours.
How convenient is freeway access to the community?
Your commute will be seamless at Cobalt on 32nd. Our North
Phoenix location is less than a mile west of SR 51, and just over a mile south
of the Loop 101.
Is there public transportation near the community?
Yes! Cobalt on 32nd is conveniently located on the city's
bus route.
Does management charge for parking at Cobalt on 32nd?
No parking fees or garage charges are assessed to our
residents.
